Windows 10 - can't run without admin rights

I`ve installed client 9.11 on a Win10  
PC. UAC can`t be changed, set by GPO.  
Users can`t be added to local admin  
group. Power group has been nerfed by  
parent company. I have given them  
full rights to c:\program  
files(x86)\intermart and to  
c:\program data\intermart. 
yet every time the user tries to  
launch the client, it prompts for  
admin rights. 
Is there a file (ini or something) in  
the Windows or System32 directory that  
the user needs write/full access to?

Solution: If you install the software as the user it should pop up

the screen to enter the admin password when it needs it.

Uninstall and then reinstall logged in as the user. You

should also grant full control to the user of C:\Program

Files (X86)\InterMart and C:\Program Data\InterMart.
