Description:
Is there any way you can enter more than one phrase code on any given screen? Example: Commercial Invoice Special Instructions, could you type `DOC Anti-Diversion Clause`;`certificate of origin` ? So both would show up on the page?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Problem Type: Databases
Version Number: Pro 7.X & Classic 6.X
Status: Closed
Solution: Yes. The Commercial Invoice screen in EZ Start gives you two fields in which you can enter a phrase, clause or statement:

1. The field labeled Phrase allows you to enter a statement directly on the EZ Start screen or you can click on the drop-down arrow and choose a phrase from the Phrases Database. This field allows you to enter up to 250 characters and appears near the lower-left corner of the Commercial Invoice.

Most of our Shipping Solutions customers use this field to enter the Department of Commerce or State Department Anti-Diversion Clause.

2. The Special Instructions field on the EZ Start screen also allows you to enter a statement directly on the screen or by choosing a phrase from the Phrases Databse by clicking on the drop-down arrow. This field allows you to enter up to 25,000 characters, so you can enter complete letter of credit information or other long detailed information.
