Description:
Is there a limit on the number of line items that can be imported into SSPRO? Have a shipment that is failing to import---all others are working fine. This shipment has a large number of line items---approx 60.

Status: Closed
Solution: There is no limit on the number of line items that can be imported. We have some customers that import 400 line items into a single shipment. There is probably a character in your data that it doesn't like. Double quotes are currently not allowed in the DXM. Other special characters like carriage return/line feeds will also cause trouble. Give us a call at 651-905-1727 if you continue to get the error.
