Description:
We are installing Professional version 9.06 and are trying to send one of the PDF files via email, but we do not see the email being sent. We have tried with both MS Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird as the default mailer. Should Shipping Solutions show that the email was sent. Also how long should it take to send the email ?

Solution: The email should be sent right away, but sometimes your UAC settings are too high, and the email cannot be sent. You can save the document or group of documents as a pdf and then attach the pdf to a regular email instead.
