MS Access error when printing

Description:
Hello, 
 
We are seeing an issue when trying to print: 
 
Shipper`s Letter of Instruction /w Detail 
SLI- SED Format 
 
We get a Microsoft Access window pop up that says `There is an error: No current record` when a record exists and prints blank forms. 
 
How can we fix this?

Version Number: Pro 7.X
Status: Closed
Solution: That error message indicates that the record has become corrupt. You will need to start the shipment again. To avoid corrupt records make sure you close the software when you are not using it. Also, be sure you are always clicking the "add new shipment" button rather than changing old shipments. I would also encourage you to upgrade to our latest version, which no longer uses MS Access, so the corruption issues can be avoided. Call our office if you have more questions: 651-905-1727.
